Timothy

Timothy
Colour:    Brown Tabby
Age:        Adult
Gender:  Neutered Male

History:

Timothy was born in a neighbourhood where a very elderly person was doing her best to care for stray cats.  Because of the situation, the decision was made to rescue several of them.  This included  two mother cats and all their tiny kittens (a significant rescue!).  The kittens were adopted through PAW and the two moms (who at that time were not social with humans) are in a permanent home.  Timothy was adopted as a young kitten but sadly, was returned in May, 2008, when his person decided to move and said she couldn't take him with her.  Timothy has waited a long time for a permanent home.

Personality:

Timothy loves attention and will the first one on your lap when you take a moment to sit.  He is doing well in his foster home which he must share with several cats (he would prefer fewer roommates).  He gets along just fine with the friendly resident dog.  When a new foster cat joins the household, it takes him some time to accept the newcomer but eventually he does.  He is an affectionate, talkative, confident and sometimes opinionated young lad!  His favourite toy is a laser pointer. Make your home a safe, fun and exciting place.  Provide your cat with different toys, tunnels, safe vertical access, paper bags, cardboard boxes -- and especially -- daily attention from you!

Timothy and Tawny would do very well as an adopted pair.  Two cats are great company for each other, especially if their people are out of the home during the day.  If you like the idea of adopting them together, PAW will waive one of the adoption fees.
