PAW --> Available Adult Cats -->  "Zipper"

Age: Born Sept. 26/05
Gender: Neutered Male.

History: 
Zipper and his brother, Suede, adopted from PAW as kittens, ended up 
homeless (returned to PAW) in June/08 after their owner had to move and 
could not find a rental that would take cats.  It was a frightening and 
shocking experience for Zipper and of course for PAW, dealing with returned 
cats prevents the rescue of new ones.  Suede has already been adopted. The 
boys weren't fortunate enough to get adopted together but Suede found a wonderful 
home and we have the same goal for Zipper!



Personality: 
Well, it certainly is not difficult to see how sweet this cat is.  He is a 
lover-boy!  Initially at the Compassion Centre, Zipper was quite frightened, 
but not of people, just of all those other cats!  But he is making slow and 
steady progress.  He is a cautious individual.  His PAW friends say he is very 
affectionate and playful.  He loves to scoot his toys around and play chase and 
pounce.  When Zipper has your attention, he purrs as loud as can be!  New 
situations take a little while to adjust to but his desire for a loving relationship 
with a person will get him through the next transition too.  He is a very gentle boy.
