PAW --> Available Adult Cats --> "Romie"

Meet me at the Cat Compassion Centre! Handsome boy!
Name: Romie Color: DSH Golden Tabby with White Age: Born Approx. Sept. 2004 Gender: Neutered Male. History: Romie is one of Thumbelina's family and for that story please read her bio on this site. He and his mom, Thumbelina, were the last two cats to be removed from that yard. We are so lucky they were all willing to be trapped. Maybe they knew they were going to a better life? It certainly would not have turned out well for this cat family had their situation been ignored. Personality: This young fellow is an incredible cat. He is very considerate of new cats and it has been intensely interesting to watch him interact with both his original cat family and with other cats at the Compassion Centre. He bides his time, makes no aggressive moves and basically shows other cats how to play! Aside from being a gorgeous cat, Romie is also very athletic, which hasn't helped when it comes to touching him.....he is so quick! But, what we do know is that he is very curious about people and it is only a matter of time before he decides to cross that line and let a human get close to his heart. He looks at people with "soft" eyes, a sure sign of willingness. His brother, Neptune, has been adopted (fall/06) and even though the two cats were very close, Romie has the type of personality that will not keep him from making new friends and having fun. Romie is a cat that could fit into almost any home situation, but he is especially good with being in relationship with other cats. Cats just seem to trust him.
