PAW --> Available Adult Cats --> "Megan"

Spectacular markings!
Name: Megan Color: DSH Calico & White Age: Born approx. May, 2002 Gender: Spayed Female. History: Megan's story begins the same as Marie’s: found in a rubber storage container at the Compassion Centre doorway one morning. Her sister/friend, Marie, has a very curious personality and perhaps that helped her get over her fear quicker than Megan did. Being abandoned has been a shocking experience for Megan and it took her a little longer to accept her new circumstances. But, accept them she did, and now she has fully integrated at the Centre. Calico cats are sensitive and intelligent little creatures and so displacement can affect them deeply. She and Marie are considered bonded although it is difficult for cats to show that bond when they have to live with many others. Personality: Megan has made it very clear that she loves people! When you approach her, she rolls onto her side, an invitation for your loving touch. She likes to chat with her person and also offers an instant purr as a sign of her desire for affection. You are welcome to pick her up, just for a cuddle or to carry her around. She is very comfortable with being handled. It is difficult to imagine why these two cats would have ended up homeless as quite obviously they were well loved by someone. They were in good condition, physically. Their age is an approximation by a vet but they could be younger than that.
