Abbey

Abbey
Color: DSH Brown Tabby with White & Orange Highlights
Age: Born approx. November 1, 2006
Gender: Spayed Female
History:
Abbey and Meredith were adopted together from PAW when they were young kittens but when the family went through a divorce and a new partner entered the picture, the cats were no longer wanted. Both cats were quite traumatized by the displacement.
Personality:
Cats with a rusty-tabby colouration like Abbey's always seem to be very intelligent. She could be your very own private investigator because she just can't help her natural desire to explore. Apart from that, she likes to be in the middle of family life, watching what's going on or curling up with you on the couch in the evenings with her front legs draped over your arm. Abbey has a sturdy build and a healthy appetite. She gets quite excited when it's time for a dish of canned food at breakfast and supper time. She is also very playful and enjoys a good stick handling session with the toys. She and Meredith are both very gentle with people of all ages. Abbey integrated quickly with the other cats in her foster home. She is not intimidated by her feline roommates nor is she one to push her weight around. A laser pointer or any kind of shiny, reflective toy (even shadows on the wall) are enormously entertaining for her. She is agile and will climb to the top of the cupboards for a snooze. Abbey also likes to stand in front of the computer monitor.
