Sascha is currently in a home on a trial adoption!
Sascha
Description: DSH Tortoiseshell
Gender: Spayed Female
Age: Adult (born approx. May, 2010)
History:
Sascha was left behind by her people when they moved away. A concerned young couple was able to figure out her story with the help of other neighbours. The couple had been feeding this young female cat out on their deck but the winter season was approaching and Sascha needed a plan. As well, this was an unspayed female so it would have been only a matter of time before the neighbourhood would have had a bigger problem on their hands. How lucky is Sascha to have been helped by this cat-loving, kind-hearted couple who even agreed to be her foster family! Sascha has since been vaccinated and spayed.
Personality:
Sascha is a people-cat, both affectionate and cuddly. Besides her foster parents, Sascha shares her temporary home with a little toddler and two other cats: one, an adult neutered male and the other, a young kitten. Sascha's integration with the two felines is progressing well and the family was happy to discover her gentle, patient side with their little daughter (who tries her very best to be gentle in return). She enjoys being brushed and spoken to but what she loves most is to curl up on her foster mom's chest and watch TV in the late evenings. Sascha is going to make someone a very good friend. Tortie cats are known for their affectionate personalities and the deep bond they desire with their humans. Says her foster mom, "Sascha is the reason people want to get a cat."
