Blake

ADOPTED!

Blake

Description:     DSH Black and White

Gender:            Neutered Male (Young)

Born Approx.   April 8, 2011

History:

As just a small kitten, Blake was found at the entrance to the medical clinic in a town outside of Lethbridge.  Apparently there had been other kittens sighted; however, by the time it was brought to the clinic staff's attention, only this little guy was found.  He was obviously abandoned.  He is in a multi-cat PAW foster home and has done very well with all the cats there; in particular, a younger resident cat is proving to be a great playmate. Blake is sleek and long with large paws.  We think he'll be a good-sized cat.

Personality:

It’s a shame Blake isn’t someone’s cat right now – he’s at the perfect age! This black and white fellow is eight months old and thinks the world is just the most wonderful thing he’s ever seen. To say he’s active is an understatement. He’s bursting with energy and is healthy and athletic enough to put it to good use.  When they said cats were curious, they were talking about Blake!

Blake is very well socialized - both to humans and other cats - and confidently greets all visitors to his foster home (not shy at all!). Foster mom says, "He's a real little character!" Youngsters have lots of entertainment value but they also need good supervision. If you are interested in a younger cat, make sure you have the time and energy to meet his/her needs. Blake claims his spot on the bed at night and snuggles up closely to his foster mom. He deserves to experience the true meaning of unconditional love in a permanent home and, like all our sweet pets, will return that ten-fold.
